The Postnatal Sessions will:-

  • Improve your overall health.

  • Help get you back or even surpass your pre-bump fitness levels.

  • Help restore your core muscles, even if you have had Diastatis Recti or a C-Section.

No matter what ‘getting fit’ means to you— as a mother it's important to look after your health and well-being, which is why incorporating fitness into your recovery schedule is great not just for the body but also for the mind.

These fitness session use a variety of exercises from rowing, boxing to weights to increase all over body strength, mobility, tone, balance and core conditioning.   Pelvic Heath is also very important so there is always an element of floor work to help strengthen the pelvic muscles.

We advise that you get approval from your GP before you start any exercise program after giving birth.
