This 45 minute introductory session includes a brief chat to discuss your long-term and short-term fitness and health goals as well as a mini fitness check up including Body Fat Analysis, Blood Pressure and BMI checks.
After the consultation you will receive a personal training session designed with your goals in mind. This helps you to get a feel for what the Personal Training Sessions are like with me.
You'll leave this session revitalised, rejuvenated and on track to finally achieve the health and wellness you seek once and for all.
