I'm the creator and founder of The Body Makeover Training System.  I have worked in the fitness industry and specifically the pharmaceutical and medical field for over twenty years. 

I extremely passionate about helping people change their life through fitness, all while focusing on a long-term lifestyle approach to complete wellness.

I know what it feels like to lose yourself.

​

For years, I was a senior executive at a Fortune 500 company, chasing success and climbing the corporate ladder. My days started at 9 AM and didn’t end until 11 PM. Somewhere along the way, between the endless meetings, deadlines, and takeout meals, I stopped recognizing the woman staring back at me in the mirror.

​

I had gained two dress sizes. I felt exhausted, invisible, and disconnected from the athletic, vibrant woman I used to be — the one who competed for the British Army and held degrees in Sport Science and Psychology.

​

But it wasn’t just about how I looked — it was about my health, my future. Diabetes and high blood pressure ran in my family. I lost my mother at just 63 years old to a diabetic stroke. I knew if I didn’t change, I was heading down the same path.

So I made a decision: I was going to take my power back.​​

​I returned to my roots: strength training, rock climbing, swimming — movement that made me feel alive again. But when I searched for advice, everything out there felt wrong for women like me — women navigating midlife, careers, hormonal changes, and real-life challenges.

​

So I created my own blueprint: a sustainable, science-based program that fit my life, honoured my body, and celebrated aging with strength and grace. Along the way, I reconnected to another part of my identity — cooking vibrant, healing meals inspired by the Blue Zones and healthy Caribbean traditions I grew up with.

​

I lost the excess weight — and kept it off for over 10 years. ​Today, I feel stronger, healthier, and more radiant than ever.

​

And now, I help other women over 40 do the same.

Because midlife is not the beginning of the end. It’s the beginning of your most powerful chapter yet.​​
